jilifcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilifcom account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits jilifcom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
